Aims/objectives.

This is empty https://github.com/dieterich-lab/scimodom/releases, but this is easy...

We also need information about assembly/annotation versions used in the database, so that users know which assembly/annotation is used for a given organism, e.g. GRCh38, 110 for human. And while we're at it, why not add some "statistics" on the number of modifications, organisms, etc. I don't know where this should go, and how. Under the index, below "Features"?

A clear and concise description of todo items.
