Set up testing with LPAs in Aug for dataset details page and errors pages.

Try to get session with with:

[ ] Buckinghamshire (3 datasets need fixing) [EMAILED]
[ ] Cornwall (conservation area needs fixing)
[x] Dover (2 data sets need fixing) [EMAILED]
[ ] Durham County Council (conservation area error)
[x] London Borough of Barnet (TPO needs fixing) [EMAILED]
[ ] Medway

If at least four don't come back, fall back to

[x] City of London &
[ ] Rother
