Spike: Github / team process map

Problem statement

• As the project team are moving into Github, it presents an opportunity to refine, document and share our process and ways of working

Approach

• Work with @Darren-CheckPlanningData to design a process map, but centred on the Github roadmap

Acceptance criteria

• An artefact which the team can use to understand our ways of working
• The artefact must include agile principles we are incorporating
• The artefact must include all the types of team members and their roles and responsibilities
