Enable users to visually check geospatial data

OKR:

• ToDo: Add in the relevant OKR

Context:

• As part of the strategic goal to improve data quality, we want to help LPAs to understand the issues with the datasets they’ve provided, and help them understand how to fix them.
• One of the findings from the alpha was that LPAs being able to see data on a map, or played back to them had much better responses than just a list of error messages.
• Giving LPAs the ability to visually check geospatial datasets when we're playing back issues to them should improve the experience and make it easier for them to identify what the issue is and how to fix it.

Outcomes:

• LPAs are able to visually check the data for any geospatial datasets they've provided is correct.
