Context: Rapid improvement to the entry point of the service is required.

Acceptance criteria: Design colleagues and PM have made key decisions around scope for this iteration.

Tasks Collaborative workshop session between product manager and design colleagues to make key decisions around iterations to the start page that can be made prior to 18th September.
