Make check links more robust

Problem statement

We have had a fair few bugs induced from the domain switch (#285), this is likely because these links are spread out across many files. and the testing isn't very good. We should aim to improve this by consolidating these links some how

Key Areas to look at

• [ ] pagination numbers
• [ ] pagination prev/next buttons
• [ ] testing
• [ ] get started page
• [ ] upload a new version button
• [ ] retrieve latest status button
