Context:

We have a Brownfield Land OKR for our Q3 goals. This goal is split into two areas

Capability - We need to ensure our service supports LPAs to check and submit their BFL dataset
Outcome - ensure that 40% of all LPAs submit their 2023 datasets

User Story

As an... LPA I want to... Check my BFL Dataset So that... I am confident that I am submitting in conformance with legislation

Acceptance criteria:

We have developed all required artefacts to support decision making activities
We have conducted research with all relevant people and captured insights

The work to achieve Capability goal:

[x] Work with @paris-dp to draft and refine User Story Map
[x] Play back User Story Map
[ ] Draft new tickets for refinement

Deadline: 11/10/2024

The work to achieve Outcome goal:

[ ] Journey map that focuses on the current process which our users engage in to submit BfL
[x] Gap Analysis of Alpha products relevant to this service improvement
[ ] Combine learnings from the Journey map and Gap Analysis into the User Story Map, and develop iterations in the USM to increase functionality of service and address pain points
[ ] Craft Github tickets for for the Development team to action

Work with Paris - User Story Map that is beyond just BFL (how might they find our service, what existing behaviours exist, what problems might they encounter)
