We are implementing features into our service to support LPAs to submit BfL data, but we need a way to inform them
Acceptance criteria
Clarity on how we secure LPAs email addresses and store them
Understanding of the journey we send LPAs on when they receive emails
Clarity on how we track emails, the journey and the impact of sending emails
Understanding of a process to exclude LPAs who have already submitted BfL
Tasks
Engage with the Community Management team to learn about their engagement app - Circle
Understand the process to activate tools, such as mail chimp, and where personality identifiable information can be stored
Work with the Design team to agree a journey the LPAs should go through once receiving the email
Test UTM links with Smartlook to track new journey
Work with Dilwoar to develop an automated process, which works with marketing tools, such as mail-chimp, to exclude LPAs who have submitted BfL datasets
