Hi Team, I have a question regarding scaling/normalization of data that is displayed under cell state signatures tab as a heatmap. The top header section mentions "The normalized expression matrix used to generate the heatmap." But the values of genes displayed on heatmap and upon downloading does not match. Can you please help me regarding the same. Thanks in advance!
