This adds the possibility to

Create/delete bed configurations from the accommodation form
Allocate/free beds for these configurations on a separate bed management page (reachable by clicking on the small moon icon in the accommodation list)

It includes lots of fancy UI :grin:

@tailoric thanks for the review! I fixed the bed target group slug, can you verify this?

The API depends on #30, so this PR also needs to be reviewed and merged before I can integrate the beds into the API.
