Build and store application data

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To be able to handle different form formats, we store application data in a json format

Describe the solution you'd like

• bring the application data received from the endpoint in the required json format
• mind that the "name" parameter has to be related to the key in i18n to resolve the correct field label
• fill in some missing static values:
  • cardType ("Blaue Ehrenamtskarte")
  • applicationType ("Verein 360")
  • wantsDigitalCard (true)
  • wantsPhysicalCard (false)
  • category (Sport)
  • hasGivenPermission (true)
  • amountOfWork (5)
  • payment (false)
  • hasAcceptedPrivacyPolicy (true)
  • givenInformationIsCorrectAndComplete (true)
  • hasAcceptedEmailUsage(false)
• add generated accessKey
• add regionId (get by regionIdentifier)
• store application in the database
• store the verification in the database and set the verifiedDate to current timestamp, don't sent email to organization
