So you can use in the final tag use something like <@{discord}>.

And you put in the discord variable a discord ID and it was showed in the final result/text that was sended.

• Add a staffOnly option to tags
• Add ticket placeholders (e.g. {ticket.number}, {ticket.createdById})
  • When these placeholders are present, ticketsOnly is set to true
• Allow up to 5 custom placeholders (e.g. {input.code}) which are fillable with a modal, the field label being the placeholder name.

I u se the bot mainly for offering services, and I have payment methods as openning message, but sometimes people ask another time for them, so I just use the generic tags one, but for example when some people buy to thank them, I really like to send a customized message, thanking for the service they bought and pinging them. Other things I use this is sometimes for thanking giveaways, or when I complete a service I place, the previous-service statistic, and the late-service statistic, this would be really useful I can do as @GameArea.cz#3479 suggested!
