Single-category panel buttons are not customisable #450

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Create a button with "Create a ticket" text.

Expected Behavior

Use my category name and emoji, same behavior as multiple categories selected.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create a panel
  2. Select only one category
