[BUG] Tranfering a ticket updates the channel topic but not the opening message #469

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

The opening message is not edited and still shows the original creator's username.

Expected Behavior

Edit the message to change the username.

Steps To Reproduce

I'm going to close this because

It's more complicated than #470 and #468
I think it makes sense to keep the existing messages unchanged, to reduce confusion about who made the ticket and also because the original creator is who the opening message is meant for.
