Tooling template with dynamic tool loading, plus some refactoring for more manageable code

Thanks for the great work. I forked it here https://github.com/phunterlau/simple-realtime-ai and refactored it for a more manageable structure and future extension of tool calling.

• audio_handler.py for audio functions
• openai_client.py wrapped for all real time APIs
• agent_tools.py and all tools in tools are for tool calling, with a Base Tool template and dynamic tool loading, so that we can create more tools!
• workflow.py to reproduce the exact workflow. It works well!

Surely it simplified many prompts. I will add them back later.
