Creation of different menues is part of the engine, their content and style is not.

MenuControl must:

[x] add menues with ID
[x] enhance menues with buttons and other stuff
[x] activate and deactivate them
[x] update and draw them

The user must:

[x] style menues
[x] handle gui events
