Z-Stack 3.0 Zigbee end device (switch + router) firmware for DIY single relay with DS18B20 (1-wire temperature sensor) support for Texas Instruments CC2530 based devices.

Tested with Sonoff BASICZBR3 (Sonoff Basic Zigbee Switch by ITead).
