"Import error: No module named sc_config" #7

when I Run api start /home/[your username]/SmartCamera/PrecisionLand.py, I got "Import error: No module named sc_config", why this?

I am currently not supporting the code since it is still in development and going through may revisions. I apologize. I put this guide together for myself for a fresh install on an odroid. It can't recall how up to date it is but it is worth a try.
