Tapir Player is a progresssive web app (PWA) made with Svelte + Flask.
Users annotate video at time points with a user-defined set of notes, tags, and other data. Clicking on annotations will brings the user to the given time point. In addition to 2D video, 3D content can be viewed and annotated using WebGL.
Users can use the app online to and stream video over Google Shared Drive, or download the app to desktop to view local files.
