Support "sign in with Apple" #180

Not a blocker for going live, as such. But it'd be great to have this ready if possible, as it's a good privacy aid for users.

Marking this as a blocker for now, can remove that flag later if I don't get time to do it.

It turns out you need an associated app, which I don't have yet. It might be that I can create an app id without an app, but that needs some research - this is no longer a deployment blocker.
