Remove live previews #195

The live previews are distracting and of limited use - generally you'll be editing a song before creating the links it references.

Given that we can edit a song before publishing it, and admin can view an unpublished song, we don't really need a preview anyway.

Nah, keep 'em, but make $song optional in NM::Markdown
