Rework how we do Markdown previews #201

We probably want to mark the source fields with a data-something attribute that indicates the destination elements, and we dynamically event handlers to these by searching the DOM for elements with the right data-type-whatever attribute.

Currently, we have the following in our layout file, so it's on every page whether needed or not!
