Shortcut for entering time signatures #312

Even without styling changes, <sup>5</sup><sub>4</sub> produces a reasonable result for representing a 5/4 time signature. e.g. 54

It's just more typing than I want to do.

Consider a short cut, maybe ^$5/4$^ which would generate <span class="time-signature"><sup>5</sup><sub>4</sub></span>.

That saves us typing and gives us a class to style if needed.
