Improve layout #347

Currently, on the front page, three songs are displayed in full, with the rest as an unordered list.

It'd be nicer to have a few levels of ouput. e.g.:

First 3 songs as full width (configurable)
Next 6 songs as half-width (configurable)
Next 12 as small banners (configurable)
Rest as
If filtering by tag, probably display all as full width.

This will need some tweaking to how we do grids, it might be worth one of:
- Further embracing Bootstrap and trying v5, or
- Ditching Bootstrap and using CSS grids.
Depends, really, on how easy it is to be responsive with the latter.
