Add CSRF Protection #366

Add CSRF protection for forms. Mojolicious can help with this, but it might require using the framework's validation, see issue #324

It's just a hobby thing - I'm closing off tickets I'm not likely to do soon cos the benefit FOR THIS SITE doesn't warrant it.

Obvs in proper commercial day job things it might well be different...
