convert to cookiecutter template?

Pros:

• Would separate working-on-the-template commits from talk commits
• Makes it a little easier to give each talk a separate project name / etc

Cons:

• Makes it harder to bring in updates from upstream to current talk (right?)
• Makes it harder to upstream changes from talks to template
• Would decrease my github contribution numbers for each talk fork :)

Maybe would help with some of the issues to refactor most of this into an npm package:

• Stuff in bin, js/reveal-pug-sync.js can go in easily
• mathjax plugin template can go in, but might have issues until https://github.com/mathjax/MathJax-node/issues/134 is resolved
• Could do bits of Makefile includes (doc)
• Would still need templating for package.json, maybe layout.pug, probably the scss, ...
