All shortcuts work except shift-left/top (alt-shift;/P). Reassigning the shortcut to the new key sequence also does not help.

CLion 2021.2.3 Ubuntu 20.04

Sorry I haven't looked into it for two years :( Does it work in the latest versions of CLion?
