Adds filename information to joined CSV files:

TODO:

[x] Collect filenames in loop and add to data frame LINE
[ ] Output the filenames for each cluster this for filenames.

Hint

Write CSV like this:

                df = pd.DataFrame({
                    'labels': y,
                    'prob': p
                })
                df.to_csv(out_path_lab, index=False)
