CLI: Add option to "order show" to filter by order state #104

It might be beneficial to add a feature to show an order based on the status (this exists for the command job show).

Unlike to the command job show, the new feature is indeed to be implemented as an option and not as a parameter. Furthermore, it should only be possible to specify one status as a filter, not several.

Additionally, sort options and an improved help text about the time formats would be helpful.
