Data model: Processing mode "ALWAYS" redundant in selection rules #115

Creating an artificial processing mode "ALWAYS" in selection rules is not necessary. The same effect can be achieved by setting the processing mode to null.

Todo:

Remove "ALWAYS" from data model design
Accept missing mode value in selection rule creation (RAML spec and Product Class Manager code)
Treat "null" value in mode as "applicable to all modes" (equivalent to "ALWAYS"; Production Planner)

Data model and services updated.

Planning to be tested (was already implemented for "null" mode in addition to "ALWAYS", so no surprises expected here)
