GUI: Error code 404 when executing "Resume" on processing order #146

When clicking "Resume" on a failed order, the system returns Error 404 NOT FOUND. Clicking "Release" (which has the same functionality in the back-end) works.

The HTTP interface for orders/resume is implmented now.
