GUI: Changes implied by data model v1.4

With the data model v1.4, some new attributes have been added, which need to be visualized (and updated) through the GUI:

• ProcessingOrder: productRetentionPeriod - number of seconds since generation to keep products available in prosEO, optional field, GUI should allow specification in days.
• Product: publicationTime, evictionTime, rawDataAvailabilityTime (all optional; logical sequence of events is: sensingStartTime, sensingStopTime, rawDataAvailabilityTime, generationTime, publicationTime, evictionTime).
• Mission: processingCentre (optional), productRetentionPeriod (optional; show in days as above for ProcessingOrder)
• Spacecraft/Payload: A new substructure "Payloads" shall be added to the spacecraft detail page, showing payload name (mandatory) and description (optional) for all configured payloads (there may be none).
• User: Assigned and used quota (TBD; may be postponed until we have a real user details page)
• ProcessingFacility: maxJobsPerNode (mandatory)
• Processor/Task: minMemory (optional)

The data model changes are added to the GUI. There was a null pointer exception in modifyOrder of OrderMgr for comparison of productRetentionPeriod. Ths is fixed.
