[GUI] Collector issue for improvement ideas

The following improvements for the GUI are proposed:

1. In list views with (or without) paging, show the total number of objects in the list.
2. Add product download button to GUI and download command to CLI.
3. Improve screen size adjustment
4. Add help/info texts for each page
5. Link/integrate the prosEO Wiki, as well as the API reference guide and Javadocs
6. Integrate roles more meaningfully and explain
7. Add user management functionality, e.g. password changing
8. Reorganize some table headers to improve readability
9. Add functionality to manage configurations, e.g. workflow enabling/disabling
10. Add aux data upload functionality
11. Highlight present and missing input files by colour
12. Integrate/link the Grafana Dashboards or show monitoring tables
13. Integrate/link the Kubernetes Dashboard
