Feature Request: `Watching` a PR should toggle and also be visually indicated somehow

Thanks for this lovely program! I'm having a great time using it.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The "Watch checks" feature (pressing w in PR mode) is very handy.

But, I forget when I've pressed it, and I think pressing it muliple times issues multiple notifcations.

Describe the solution you'd like

It'd be great if it toggled visually; perhaps with eyes 👀 somewhere; or anything similar.
