Description

Similar to solver, weight_init, and activation

Objectives

[x] classes for Integration, IntegrationError, and IntegrationWeightGrad
[x] tests for all integration classes
[x] refactor of Model to use shared_ptr implementation of NodeIntegration
[x] refactor of Node to use shared_ptr implementation of NodeIntegration
[x] refactor of ModelReplicator to use shared_ptr implementation of NodeIntegration
[x] update of all downstream tests and examples

calculateNetNodeInput_: IntegrationOp

sum, product, or max (will need to track which node/weight was the max) calculateNodeError and calculateNetNodeError: IntegrationErrorOp
max will need to only sum the node/weight that was the max in FP
product will need to apply a correction in calculateNetNodeError_ updateWeights: IntegrationWeightGradOp
