PC actor sheets fail to open when actor has frameworks or compound equipment #1036

Per GameKnight: I have an interesting issue after updating to 3.0.72. PC Sheet types will not open and seem to not import. However, if I change the sheet type to npc and refresh the sheet will open. Switching back to PC type, refresh, and the sheet will not open again.
