Allow AID/DRAIN for any power #1156

When targeting a foe the GM may have to be involved to make a judgement call on what is effected. Also GM may not want to expose all foe's powers.

Hello, is it possible to make a drain using foundry for rPD, MD & rMD? I've imported from Hero designer and I get an error saying to use the correct abbreviation, can you only use the presets from the Hero designer or am I just using the wrong abberviations?

Drain rPD is ugly. What if the power is resistant defense that included rPD and rED? You can't drain part of a power. So may have to add a special -rPD drain item. Or add rPD to the characteristics list. We may have to add ALL defenses to the characteristic list as many of the powers that provide defense allow for multiple defenses within the power.
