Maneuvers with [NNDDC] and [WEAPONDC] are not correct #885

These manuevers are showing the substitutable portion in their description. Likely the underlying calculation isn't correct either.

I believe [NNDDC] has been resolved in 3.0.74. Not sure about [WEAPONDC].
