Velocity portion of a 5e maneuver is incorrect

Velocity portion of the damage for a 5e character doing a maneuver is being incorrectly determined:

• 5e
• 104" leaping being reported as 108"
• maneuver is "passing strike"
• DC from velocity is being calculated as 41DC

Able to reproduce:

Velocity shows as 208 (when it's 104") and cannot be altered. Calculated outside of combat (we were playing a surprise round).
