AOE UI shows 1.5m for a 2m radius #981

AOE UI shows 1.5m for a 2m radius which results in proper template in the FoundryVTT system. It is confusing for the user/GM and should show as 2m for all graphic and input elements.

Bonus: Show in inches for 5e.

6e has been returned to its previous state - looks like it doesn't follow the 5e way of doing things.

5e, however, does shrink the radius to approximate a hex counting solution. It continues to show a distance in metres.

v11 doesn't seem to have an easy way to change that annotation. Will have to investigate v12 at some point.
