Added T0 modules used in PHEDEX LifeCycle. #1059

The code used to be maintained in CVS, see: https://github.com/cms-sw/cmsdist/blob/comp_gcc493/PHEDEX-lifecycle.spec#L14-L16 which no longer exist. So I get it from the tar-ball cached on software distribution server: http://cmsrep.cern.ch/cmssw/comp/SOURCES/slc6_amd64_gcc493/cms/PHEDEX-lifecycle/1.2.1-comp17/T0.tar.gz

This has been tagged in my personal repo as LIFECYCLE_1_3_0pre2, then packaged, deployed and tested in PHEDEX-lifecycle environment. Works fine for a basic ping-pong example.

HI Natalia,

since this package is no longer related to T0, why don't you take the opportunity to change the package path and name? E.g. put it somewhere under Testbed since the LifeCycle is the only package using it.

Hi Nicolo, I found duplicates of T0 package modules in https://github.com/dmwm/PHEDEX/tree/master/Testbed/T0FeedTest/Perl_libs/T0 :

The T0FeedTest directory was not on PHEDEX-LifeCycle branch from which the PHEDEX-lifecycle releases were built. But it is on github, with some documentation and examples.

The code is not identical. I will see if T0 from the PHEDEX-lifecycle releases can be merged into Testbed/T0FeedTest/Perl_libs/T0 without breaking the lifecycle...

I am closing this pull request.
