PhEDEx README

PhEDEx stands for Physics Experiment Data Export. It consists of:

• A distributed agent-based transfer management workflow engine
• A central database containing workflow state and monitoring data
• Web services to provide management and monitoring functions
• Command-line tools for management, monitoring, and administration functions
