When sites S1 and S2 both have a replica of block B, deleting the blockreplica at S1 updates the last_update timestamp of the blockreplica at S2. This is not a desired behavior from the perspective of DDM policy design. When you have a chance, please let us know if it is technically possible to decouple the time stamps of blockreplicas. If it is, I will bring the issue up in dmdevel HN and decide whether we want to change the behavior.
Hi Natalia,

Thank you, Yutaro
