Fixed in CVS revision 1.12, will go into PhEDEx release 2.5.4.2 or higher.
The bug crept in while moving code between modules, a hash-key changed case and the case-sensitive comparison then failed to find the data. The keys are now all forced to lowercase.
This bug was not SRM specific, and it does not exist in the Block Download Verify agent.
Derek, if you wish to upgrade to CVS revision 1.12 (currently the head) you should find it works.

The following test run produces size failures (size=0) for all files in the set. I do not know whether the 0 comes from the data base or from a wrong parsing of srm-get-metadata. A comparison with the output of srm-get-metadata shows that the file on the SE is ok (look below). There is a possibility that
