Hello ,

with firefox 9.0.1 under Mac OS X , I am not able to submit any transfer request. The page is stuck showing:

loading page-specific modules, please wait...

My colleagues told they have the same problem which seem to come from this new version of firefox.

I have tried with chrome, but then I get a different problem: even though I have identified myself with a password, when I come to the transfer page, it seems that I am not logged any longer.

Let me know if I can provide you with some other piece of information.

OK, thanks.

The issue with FF9.0.1 is known and has already been reported. It will be fixed as soon as possible.

The issue with password login not working at the moment is also known, and it too will be dealt with as soon as possible.

Since these problems are both reported elsewhere, I close this ticket.
