Problem with request approval

THIS ITEM WAS REASSIGNED TO SR #126072.

Hello, (at least) since yesterday I (as T2_DE_RWTH data manager) am no longer able to approve Phedex requests using the Phedex request web site. I can submit the approval but the status is not changed (still "pending approval") and no Email is sent out. I've tried it several times, using Firefox and Safari. I could imaging that this is related to the CMSWEB actions yesterday. Greetings, Thomas. Hi Thomas,

(sorry for the spam - I made a mistake when moving the ticket...)

yes, this is a known issue with PhEDEx web 4.2.0 which was deployed yesterday in production.

The PhEDEx website should be rolled back to the previous version soon this afternoon, then you will be able to approve requests as usual.

Moving the item to the PhEDEx bug tracker to keep track of the fix and redeployment of web 4.2.x in production

fixed one or two releases ago, I believe.
