Consistency tools could perform a proper 'pfn2lfn' translation #889

Hi,

currently, the consistency tools that take pfn lists as input perform a "trivial" pfn2lfn conversion, stripping the part of the PFN before /store

This works at most but not all sites.

We could change the scripts so that they can fetch the TFC for the site from the DB or from a local xml to perform the reverse PFN2LFN translation.

As fas as I can tell, these are the scripts that would need to be updated:

PHEDEX/Utilities/BlockConsistencyCheck PHEDEX/Utilties/StorageConsistencyCheck

Hi Natalia,

nothing in particular - I just meant that PFN2LFN is the "reverse" of LFN2PFN.
