THIS ITEM WAS REASSIGNED TO SR #130375.

Our Phedex queue to T3_US_Rice is stuck and I cannot figure out what the problem. Could you look into it and give us a hint

Hi Pablo,

the requested two blocks, which are stuck, exist only at T0 and T2_CH_CERN. T0 has uplinks only to T1s, while T2_CH_CERN only to FNAL. This is the reason those blocks are not moving. You should ask one of the T1s to get the data to their site, with which you have enabled link, and then phedex will transfer from there.
