Hi,

nearly all command-line scripts for PhEDEx are in the "Utilities" directory. It might be worth adding this directory to the PATH in init.sh

I suppose this requires an update to the PHEDEX agent spec files?

Actually it was on the path some time ago and was removed in one of the releases.
