Provide a native slc6 build of PhEDEx #927

Hi,

sites are starting to migrate their User Interfaces to SLC6 and trying to deploy PhEDEx there. However, PHEDEX_4_1_X is only built for slc5, and the installation fails during the bootstrap procedure.

For the first release of 2013, we should build a native slc6 version of PhEDEx in parallel to the slc5 version. But first we need to clarify with Diego if there is an slc6 instance of the Builder agent running somewhere.
